The T. M. Graber Outstanding Article Award was established to recognize WFO authors who make significant contributions to the field of orthodontics by publishing the results of their work in the JWFO. It is named in honor of Dr. T. M. Graber, who was the first editor of the WFO’s first official journal, the World Journal of Orthodontics (WJO), in recognition of his life-long contributions to the profession of orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics through his endeavors in academics, research, his extensive scientific and clinical publications and his responsibilities as editor.
Also this year, the JWFO was accepted for indexing in MEDLINE/PUBMED. This is a significant recognition that elevates the journal one step higher globally, while helping its authors increase the visibility of their publications.
Dr. Vinod Krishnan, the Editor-in-Chief of the JWFO, is looking forward to receiving more high-quality submissions in the future. MEDLINE indexing, a benchmark for journal quality, and the highly prestigious “T. M. Graber Outstanding Article Award” will motivate more authors all over the world.
