E-Poster Submission Guidelines

1. Save as PDF: Convert your PowerPoint presentation into a PDF file.

2. Email the PDF: Only the main author should send the PDF via email.

3. Slide Limit: Up to 15 slides.

4. Notification: Authors will be informed once their e-poster is accepted.

5. Numbering: Each accepted e-poster will receive a unique identification number.

• Ensure your PDF file is compatible and easy to view.

• Review for accuracy, grammar, and formatting before submission.

Tips for a Successful E-Poster

• Title and Authors: Include full title, names, and institutional affiliations.

• Introduction and Objectives: Clearly state the research context and goals.

• Methods and Results: Describe methodology and findings succinctly.

• Conclusion and References: Summarize main points and list key references.

• Visuals and Graphics: Use charts and images to enhance engagement and understanding.
