Please submit a letter (no more than 1 page long) of nomination that fully describes the reason for the nominee deserving the award. A curriculum vitae of the nominee, an English language write-up of the thesis in the format of a paper acceptable for publication as well as a digital copy of the original thesis (preferably in English but original language accepted) must also be submitted. To be considered for the next available award year, fully completed submissions must reach the WFO Central office from the 1st of June the previous year and must be received no later than 31st of January of the awarding year. E-mail submission is preferred but submission may also be made by mail or FAX.
